Conditions of Acceptance1Stands will be charged at £2.00 a foot frontage-minimum cost £20
2 The Society reserves the right to refuse any entries without any reason given
3 All persons making application for a Trade Stand Site are advised to have an insurance policy which covers Public Liability for this event
4 Exhibitors will be expected to remove litter, broken china or glass etc from the ground space allotted to them.
5 No collection for Charitable Organisations will be allowed on the Rally Site unless authorised in writing by the Society.
6 Anyone selling alcohol or alcohol related products must have written permission from the Vintage Society before the Rally.
7 All trade stand owners must have a risk assessment of their stand available on the day
